At Firefly, we develop and sell fire prevention solutions that help industries minimize fire risks. To strengthen our Sales Division, we are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team. Based in Wrocław, Poland, you will play a key role in growing our presence in the region, working with both new and existing customers.

To be successful in your role, we see that you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other academic education, or equivalent working experience
• 3-4 years of experience with a proven track record as a Sales Engineer, or a similar role, alternatively you have worked within production management
• A strong technical interest and ability to understand complex solutions
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Fluency in English and Polish in speach and writing

About the role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships.

Your work will include:

• Managing sales of tailor-made fire prevention systems
• Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from first contact to final negotiations
• Developing and expanding new and existing business
• Working closely with our Sales Division
• Participating in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
• Travelling approximately 80-100 days per year
